Programs & Pricing

Invest in a safer tomorrow

Volunteers move on and staff turn over. The people in the room in March aren't all there in October. An annual program is the same seminars spread across the year, so the training keeps reaching whoever is new.

There are three of them and that's all there is. No enterprise tier we're holding back, no negotiation you have to be clever to win. We price an annual program after we've seen your building, because a one-room church and a four-building campus are not the same job and pretending otherwise would mean overcharging one of you. You'll have the number in writing before you commit to anything.

Single seminar

Not ready for a year of anything? Start with one class.

One seminar from the catalog, one group of your people, ninety minutes, nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Pick the scenario that's actually keeping you up (the door, the children's wing, the parking lot after dark) and we'll teach that one.

Recommended congregation donation
$2,695
Based on $35 per person, with a 10% discount on everyone above fifty

Paying per person instead? It's $35 flat, no volume discount applied.

How the price works

Base rate is $35 per person. Every paying attendee can bring one guest free. A family of more than two only pays for the first two, everyone else in that family comes free. Once your group passes fifty paying attendees, everyone above that fiftieth person gets 10% off, so the discount only applies to the extra heads, not your whole room.

We present that as one lump recommended donation for your congregation to cover, rather than an itemized bill, because that's how most congregations actually collect it. Guests and family caps mean your real number is usually lower than the sticker above, not higher.

Plenty of organizations start here and never buy anything else, and that's a fine outcome. If you do go on to an annual program within ninety days, that session is credited off the first invoice.

If the number feels like a stretch, say so before you say no. We'll walk through what's fundable and help you find the money, so a tight budget is never the reason your people miss this. Here's how that works.

Book a single session See what we teach

Which program fits, and what it costs, depends on your building and your people: how many doors, how many groups need training, how often your volunteers turn over, and whether we're covering one site or several. We work that out with you on the phone and put a firm number in writing after we've seen your building. Nobody gets sorted into a tier by a number on a form, and nothing is priced before we've seen the place.

For most nonprofits all of this is a grant-eligible expense: here's how that works.
